Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Faritha account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the box for identification.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
